		<description>Hi Bev, yoga is one of those things for me where I have usually just disregarded and considered it a waste of time where I could be doing something more useful. It is only recently, where I have realised the true potenrial of yoga. I now see it being extremely beneficial in that it can greatly improve the quality of our life by not allowing us to feel as stressed and rushed in our daily activities.</description>

Having practiced some yoga at home myself, I often wonder if I am hold the correct postures. So I can definitely see the benefits of Private Yoga Lessons.

Personal attention to learn the correct techniques would certainly speed the learning process up too.

I&#039;ve also wondered what it would be like to practice yoga by the sea on some flat rocks, by myself, first thing in the morning...you know what I mean...that looks so relaxing and good for you. ;-)

I must  try it one day. :-)</description>
